If you remove the PLV from the fuel rail and find metal shavings you're pretty much screwed and hope that you have warranty because all these parts will need to be replaced: 6 injectors, fuel rail needs to be cleaned, new high psi fuel lines, high psi fuel pump, high psi flange with a new seal, fuel module, davco filter, and the fuel tanks need to be removed regardless and sent out for cleaning.Our engineers re-examined, then re-designed many features of the DD15 to reach this level of performance.
